Services and Rates

Staging Consultation - $150
This initial meeting and walk through is to determine what needs to be done to sell the house. A total assessment is made of the property inside and out. Time permitting one room staging is included. A very detailed follow-up Consultation Report is sent via e-mail or postal service. The consultation usually takes about 3 hours and the Consultation Report takes an additional three hours. Staging the Furnished Home
This is usually a matter of rearranging or re-locating furniture, removing accessories and furnishings and sometimes adding a few items from our inventory. Determination of needs made at Consultation.

Staging the Vacant House
They are much harder to sell than furished houses. Only 10% of buyers can visualize a home's potential. The prices are based on using Metropolitan Homestaging inventory. If renting furniture is necessary, the price is dictated by the Rental companies pricing, delivery and insurance

Staging, Delivery & Removal of Inventory-one time charge - Starts at $250.00
Metropolitan Homestaging Inventory-monthly rental - Starts at $200.00
Insurance - one time charge of $50.00

Includes furniture and accessories for two rooms and accessorizing the bathroom and kitchen as well as other areas of the home including the all important entryway/porch/outdoor area for curb appeal, using real plants and flowers in season.

Redesign Services
Also known as Work With What You Have Decorating. When you move to your new home we can help you set up your furniture and accessories in your new space.

1/2 day-$200.00
Full day-$375.00

Organizing and (Un-)Packing
Whether you’re coming or going, we can help! We will pack and inventory your belongings from your sale house and we can unpack and help you set up your new place. Includes inventory sheets and pictures of contents on the outside of the boxes. We can also provide boxes for an additional fee.

Inventory & Pack: $45.00/hr
Unpack and set up: $55.00/hr

Open House or Day of Showing Walk-Through - $30.00
The morning (or) afternoon of your Open House or showing, we walk through to make sure everything is in tip-top shape. We bring along an air purifier to have your home smelling fresh and clean for the potential buyers.

FREE w/ full day service

Remodeling and Renovating - quoted per job
We have a staff and list of contractors who can handle the big jobs when needed.

Spot Bot! - $20.00 per stain
Stubborn carpet stain? We can get rid of it with our carpet spot removal machine. It really works. GUARANTEED!

Text Copy to display at your Open House - $7.00 per room
